Helping You beat Anger

Webster Defines Anger  as “a strong feeling of being upset or annoyed  because of something wrong or bad, the feeling that makes someone want to hurt other people, to shout etc.”


To someone who has an Anger Problem anger is much much more than that.


Anger is an emotion that can control much of what you do. It can destroy relationships. It can cause emotonal scars that last a lifetime, it can lead to loneliness, isolation, even imprisonment.

Anger is one of the most dangerous emotions there is, yet to those of us who live with it, either as  an angry person, or someone who is involved with an angry person, where to you go for help?

Certainly there are degrees of anger, not all anger is bad, there are certain things that we should get angry about , such as social injustices, prejudice, criminal activities etc.

What I am talking about is over the top anger, verbal abuse, violence , domestic violence, workplace anger. The kind of thing that often gets swept under the carpet, that friends and relatives make excuses for.

No one knows how many people are suffering the consequences of anger, either as the victim, or as the victimizer who also suffers, often unknown to all others but themselves.

This blog will attempt to shed some light on this issue, by talking about REAL LIFE situations, and will give some REAL LIFE solutions that can actually work IF they are applied.

Take it from someone who has had an anger problem all my life . I have struggled  for many years, I have caused many people harm by my actions, I tried for years to get help, yet the help I was offered was given by someone who really did not understand the problem. Real help is almost non existent.

I am someone who truly believes that if you do not actually have an anger problem you really cannot help someone who does. I have, and I can. I have acquired many tools that actually work to control  anger. I am not talking about drugs, I am not a doctor or a therapist. I am just a man who really wants to help others with some  knowledge that I have learned and if applied can really help control your anger. I would like to share what I have learned with you

Understand though that there is no easy fix, but there are steps you can take, and knowledge you can acquire that if utilized can truly make a difference in your life and in the lives of those around you.
